Vacation Care provides a recreational program for primary school aged children during the school holidays.
The program caters for children who are enrolled and attending primary school. Children will need to bring a hat and a packed lunch and wear suitable clothing for programmed activities.
Hours – Open 8.00am to 5.45pm, Monday to Friday during NSW school holidays.
Location – Yarm Gwanga Vacation care is held on campus at the Wright Centre.
Program – The qualified and motivated staff provide a stimulating and developmentally appropriate program which caters for children from kindergarten to year 6. The program which includes a weekly excursion is available for perusal prior to each vacation care period.
Meals – Families are required to supply a nutritious morning and afternoon tea and lunch daily. A full water bottle is also required each day.
Yarm Gwanga is owned by The University of New England. Yarm is managed in collaboration with UNE and UNE Life. Yarm's Approved Provider is the University of New England and the Director of UNE Life, David Schmude is the current Approved Provider contact.
