Vacation Care

VACATION CARE

Vacation Care provides a recreational program for primary school aged children during the school holidays.

The program caters for children who are enrolled and attending primary school. Children will need to bring a hat and a packed lunch and wear suitable clothing for programmed activities.

Hours – Open 8.00am to 5.45pm, Monday to Friday during NSW school holidays.

Location – Yarm Gwanga Vacation care is held on campus at Campbell Hall in the SportUNE complex.

Program – The qualified and motivated staff provide a stimulating and developmentally appropriate program which caters for children from kindergarten to year 6. The program which includes a weekly excursion is available for perusal prior to each vacation care period.

Meals – Families are required to supply a nutritious morning and afternoon tea and lunch daily.  A full water bottle is also required each day.

Vacation Care Program January 2024

Our January 2024 Vacation Care Program will run between the 8th - 30th of January at Campbell Hall in the SportUNE complex. The fees are $70 per day, not including excursions.

Week One

Monday 8/01/24  – Ball Games

Tuesday 9/01/24 – Treasure Hunt

Wednesday 10/01/24 – Water Play Day

Thursday 11/01/24 – Talent Show

Friday 12/01/24  – Movie Day

Please remember to:

  • pack a healthy lunch, water bottle and hat.
  • wear sun safe and appropriate clothing.
  • plack spare clothing, just in case!

Week Two

Monday 15/01/24 – Science Day

Tuesday 16/01/24 – Jelly Bean Cup Day

Wednesday 17/01/24 –  Rock Climbing and Racquet Ball

Thursday 18/01/24 – Water Play Day

Friday 19/01/24 – Movie in the Lecture Hall

Tuesday 23/01/24 – Water Play Day

Wednesday 24/01/24 –  Crazy Hair Day & Games on the Tennis Court

Thursday 25/01/24 – Obstacle Course at SportUNE

Friday 26/01/24 – Australia Day
